“Well done yesterday ladies, the organisation was flawless and the venues looked fantastic! Thank you so much, you make me look good!”
We were very excited to work with a prestigious television company on their three day event to promote two of their channels to guests from Istanbul.
We started by treating guests to an intimate reception at the London Zoo where they met with Meerkats, a Kinkajou and a Reindeer! Then we took them to the Science Museum where our caterer, Moving Venue, donned their lab coats and goggles to concoct a bespoke 'scientific menu'. Moving Venue's development chef invented a menu full of scientific tricks and surprises to suit the occupations of the guests and their surroundings.
The group of international visitors were greeted by 'mad scientists' serving 'Bunsen Burner' and 'Citronium' cocktails in conical flasks and measuring beakers, presented on billowing clouds of dry ice. As the guests took their seats at a single long table decorated with test tubes and vials, the lights were dimmed as waiters carried out the luminous UV torch lit first course: Spanish prawns set in Tanqueray 10 gin and tonic jelly with apple and fennel textures. A beef trio with a DIY jus pipette was followed by 'A Style of Space Tiramisu', a silver leaf chocolate mousse and popping candy biscuit with coffee smoke and a beaker of mascarpone parfait.
The evening was finished with Albert Einstein himself leading a private tour of the Making of the Modern World gallery.
The following day we took guests to the 72nd floor of the Shard before a private dinner at the highest private dining restuarant in London (Duck and Waffle) before dancing the night away at Maddox Club.
